TRIPZIP AI BETA Service Terms

These service terms govern your use of the service. Any terms not defined in this document refer to the Terms of Use
or other service policies established by the TripZip Tongyeong operating entity. By using this service, you agree to
the following terms. If there is a conflict between these service terms and your use of the service, these terms will
take precedence. For the purposes of this agreement, “content” includes “customer content.”

1. Terms of Use

By using TRIPZIP AI or CHARLY AI SERVICE, you agree to comply with the service terms and policies. The service is intended for individuals aged 13 and older. If a user is under this age, parental consent is required. Please ensure that children and minors do not misuse the service in ways that could affect their emotional well-being or cause social concerns.

2. Intellectual Property and Liability for Deliverables

OpenAI’s liability for API customers under the agreement includes claims that a customer’s use or distribution of deliverables infringes on a third party’s intellectual property rights. However, this liability does not apply in the following cases :

  1.  If the customer or its end user was aware, or should have been aware, that the deliverables were infringing or could potentially infringe.
  2.  If the customer or its end user disables, bypasses, or does not use OpenAI’s provided citations, filtering, safety features, or restrictions.
  3.  If the deliverables are modified, altered, or combined with services not provided by TripZip AI or OpenAI.
  4. 
If the customer or its end user does not have the rights to use input data or fine-tuned files, leading to the
    creation of potentially infringing deliverables.
  5. 
If claims are based on the use of deliverables in commerce, leading to allegations of trademark or related rights violations.
  6. 
If the alleged infringement arises from third-party content included in the deliverables.

3. Beta Services

TripZip AI is developed based on OpenAI’s ChatGPT technology and includes services or features offered in alpha, preview, early access, or beta stages (“Beta Services”). The use of Beta Services is governed by these terms. Beta Services are provided “as is” for testing and evaluation, and TripZip AI is not liable for any damages related to their use.
OpenAI does not guarantee that Beta Services will be generally available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from data loss or corruption. Except where prohibited by law, OpenAI expressly disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and usability in trade or commerce.

4. Privacy Policy & Data Processing

When using this service, you are requested to provide only the minimum personal information necessary to establish travel itineraries. Entering another person’s information without their consent is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized or illegal use of personal data may result in legal action.
