TRIPZIP AI BETA Membership Policy

This service is designed to act as a travel guide for foreign visitors exploring Tongyeong, Gyeongsangnam-do,
South Korea. It is developed as a responsive web platform, allowing access via web, mobile, and tablet devices.
Registering as a member provides an opportunity to access TripZip concierge services.

1. Membership Registration

TripZip AI allows registration via email or social membership login. The TripZip Tongyeong platform does not
collect or use personal information without consent. Visitors can use the platform either by submitting a request
or registering as a member. If you forget your ID or password, you can retrieve your credentials through the Find ID
or Reset Password options after identity verification.

2. Membership Benefits

As a registered member of the TripZip platform, you will receive the following benefits :

  • Discounted Tour Pass for affiliated stores during travel
  • Access to events and special offers in Seoul and Tongyeong
  • Exclusive benefits when using the online shopping mall
  • Special gifts for travelers visiting on-site
